  1. In my opinion and probably most doctors it's not recommended. Especially about the AGE factor... I'm 22 and had the surgery 2 years ago. I had 10.50 and 8.50 (which is a lot) but doc was saying "Later" because my "growing" should be complete and then get the laser op. Tho the doc was good and I had good stats for the op, 3.00 and 1.25 was left. Prolly because of the age. It's not going to happen to you too, cause you have less, but you should wait till 18 at least (not to say 20+) to be sure!

  2. You are too young for laser surgery.

Your eyes are still changing because you are still growing.

Your vision has to be stable, unchanged for close to 2 years usually before it would be considered, so that is usually in the early 20's before that happens.

  3. well if you ask me. I say don''t get any surgery done to your eyes your too young to get any surgery. Just get some glasses. your better off wearing them instead off having to face possible risks in the future.

** Oh yeah and also you eyesight will slowly change as you get older.
