Considered community service *by whom*?

By a school or court requiring community service? No.

By you yourself? Sure.

By a college or university looking at your college application? Probably not.

BUT, if you help with the church's food pantry, created a carpool system that reached elder church members who get to church otherwise, helped with a literacy program at your church, etc., then yes, that would be seen as giving back to your community.
