Yep, but like the other guy said, it is NOT sperm - it is ejaculate or seminal fluid.  It's the fluid that carries the sperm.  There's usually some left in your tubes after you come and that's what leaks out.  Simplest thing is if you can take a pee after you come, do that and it will clean out the tubes.

Normal to leak some seminal fluid after ejaculation, can be for a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on the guy and the sexual intensity he had at ejaculation.
