Is learnin SAP HR in india=learning SAP HR in US?

I just wanto know how does it doin an SAP HR course in India with an MBA HR(India) differ from doin an SAP HR course in the US with an MBA HR (India).

HR is country specific. Is it the same? You be the judge.

In learning, we should not look at the mechanics of the topic, but the rationale, and the concept of how and why it works a certain way. So, to me whether you learn in India or in the US or in Japan, there should not be much of the difference if what you are going for is simply to learn.

I am sure, whether you learn it in India or US, you are taught the concept and hopefully not the mechanics. Remember not to attend the cheapo courses trained by those who claimed many cycles of SAP. Go for a SAP recommended courses.
