I'm not sure if you want my answer since I don't believe leisure is less important than work.  But I'm totally pro the question, not sure exactly what is meant by that.  I think it's very important to enjoy leisure time.  If you're constantly working, you're not going to be happy.  I feel that work should not rule a person's life and that work is for supporting life (and leisure).  Do you really believe you were born just to work?  So then, of course leisure is just important if not more important than work.
