Yes, I answered this similar question earlier but here you tell me the dosage. At this dosage it is unlikely to affect blood pressure which I mentioned in my other answer. Very safe to continue if it's still helping the allergies.

medical herbalist should have mentioned that to keep licorice from raising the blood pressure you should buy (if as a supplement) DGL licorice.
