Reality is not subject to human interpretation.

It is what it is.

Reality can only be sought.

On a cognitive level, reality exists in our own heads.  What we see is light refracted and interpreted by our brains in a shared reality.  So if life is an illusion, then it is a mass illusion because we more or less agree on the physical reality surrounding us perceived by our brains.

i think that thought has gone through a lot of people's heads at some point in time. I just take it down to, we've been put on earth for a reason. Whatever that reason is, who know's. But we may as well live this 'illusion' to the full, coz we dont get another shot at it. And in the Bible we are lead to belive God has just always existed. Weird for us to wrap our minds around, but that is what it says. Its just up to us to believe it i guess...

There are those moments where one wonders if life is just a figment of imagination or a dream, or if everyone else stops existing when you're not around them. It's normal.

I have a theory, it's got to do with layers of life. Basically, we're all born into layer X [this layer]. When we die in layer X, we go into a new layer, but die in all other layers. For example; Adolf Hitler died in 1945, he's dead in all layers apart from the layer created when he died. He continues to live in that layer and things might be completely different in that layer. Same with everybody who ever existed.

I'm not saying that's how it is, I just thought it was an interesting theory.e

Life is an illusion

We're all the cast of one big show. We're preforming for the audience, and fellow-actors at the same time.

You've been training since you were born to act a certain way, and your parents, neighbors, teachers, friends, basicly everyone 'helps' you with that.

And if you do not fit in, aren't such good of an actor, then you become outcast..<< no longer part of the play of society.

So yes, life is one big man-made illusion.

One can even see it this way--life as we perceive it is a mere product of our human senses, so this is as "real" as it gets...(i.e.we interact with electromagnetic waves and we perceive colours............)
