  1. you may have depression

get to a doctor for medication

  2. I feel the same way, & I'm always depressed.

  3. This could be a disorder.Life doesn't suck.We are all lucky to even have life.We should appreciate every minute of life and enjoy it to it's fullest. Most of us tend to fall short of that and worry majority of our lives. We create our problems.I'm very sure that there are plenty of ways that you could become less miserable. My highest suggestion is for you to pray to GOD about this.GOD can solve anything in your life.Do you could visit an amusement park that is near you. They're very entertaining. You could listen to music that is constructive and has a positive outlook on life.Try exercising. It's gets you in shape and will give your mind something else to think about. You could read a good book. You could read the BIBLE or just a regular book. You could get involved in church activities or community services. Both are helpful. You could talk to a friend when you get depressed. It has to be a friend or family member that you are close to.You could express your feelings in art.You could draw a quick picture and then do whatever you want with it.You could draw a picture of how you are feelings at the exact moment. There are actually multitudes of things that you could do with art. There's no limit with art,the sky is the limit. You could try singing to get all of that held in tension out.Or you could write a song or a poem. There's no reason on earth to feel that life is miserable or anything because it's not.We should all be grateful to still be living. You should truly start to appreciate it more often.I truly hope that I helped you in one way or another of gave you some useful or helpful advice or something that helped you understand something about life.So may GOD BLESS you!

  4. For some people life is supposed to suck. People are not typically miserable no, but a lot of people are. Life doesn't have to suck, it will be what you make it, wish I  could follow my own advice.

  5. Nope, they are not.  You need to read this book, darling, and step it up a notch!  Your life was given to you, and if you don't believe in religion, fine.  But your life was given to you by Mother Nature, God, or whomever you think gives life.  It was meant to be lived.  If you are unhappy with things in life, then you are doing things wrong, and must make the changes accordingly.  Remember, if you have a spouse and children, include them in the restructuring of your life.  If you are miserable, your spouse and children are most likely miserable as well.

Pull yourself up by the bootstraps and start living. For goodness sakes, travel, if you do nothing else.  Get in the car and drive to an interesting town without an hour of you.  Live a bit.  Just do it.

  6. Only if You aren't doing anything about it !  :)

  7. No, life is supposed to be fulfilling.  However, yes, we do experience low points in our life.  I, for one, have had experiences that make me feel really miserable - lonely, uncertain, heartbroken, unappreciated, etc.  There were even times like these feelings would never end!  It really depends on why you feel that way.  Love yourself and find things that fulfill you.  Don't take everything so seriously.  If you feel lonely, then think about the good things about yourself.  Even little things such as "I have good hair", or "I am a good person because I am not mean to other people."  Also, if you feel really bad like the world is upon your shoulders, try to do some outreach work.  Visit kids in the orthopedic hospital, or seniors in the Home for the Aged.  I am not saying that you should visit them to see their misery and make you feel better about yourself.  But rather, help them, talk to them.  Helping others would make you feel fulfilled and have done something good and worthwhile.
