  1. Think of it this way...there is a one in billionth chance you are here today so don't take it for granted.  And don't rely on heaven after life either...I can tell you right now it might not come to that.

  2. Everything is ok in the end.

If it's not ok, it's not the end.

  3. life is good.  there are plenty of people out there who are worse off and they continue living.

  4. Well, if you don't hang in there you will never know...and then after the fact while you may be happily frolicking in heaven you may never forgive yourself for cheating yourself out of this short period of time in your eternal life.....

  5. Yes and it can be a lot better.  Think about some things you like to do that make you happy and go do them.  Get motivated to do what makes you happy.  There's no way of knowing what really happens after life.  You may as well enjoy the ride, there might not be a second chance to do so.  The opportunity to end your life is pretty much always going to be there, so what's the rush?  Why not keep giving it a try?

  6. don't do man. trust me, think it over. you will go to heaven. but everyone is going through judgment. so think. h**l on earth, or h**l. here you have a chance, there, but rape

  7. Yes. Where there is life, there is hope. Death leaves you no options. Go outside. Find a flower, a puppy, something beautiful. Even in the middle of the city, there is something. Call someone you love. Find a Maxfield Parish print and get lost in the shades of blue. Eat something that melts over your tongue. Chocolate is good for this, though a glazed donut could do it, too. Touch something made out of silk. Open up your spice rack and smell the vanilla - or smell some freshly ground coffee.

Then find an "I Love Lucy" rerun and laugh until you cry or an old Carol Burnett show. It doesn't matter your age- you will laugh.

    Life is good.

  8. Just spend a few minutes at the start of each day thinking about the starving millions in the world, those deprived of a home because of wars in their countries, the thousands dying for want of a simple thing like fresh water. Ponder these things and you may come to realise that your own life is not too bad after all, and just may be worthwhile living.

  9. h**l the f**k yeah it is!

  10. Wayne, please go to see your doctor. He/she can arrange for you to have a chat with someone, and maybe prescribe something to get you past this. I was once suicidal but it only took a few weeks to turn my life around as soon as I found the right help. If you don't want to see your GP, call the Samaritans. Good luck
