no. the structure deck special summons monsters from the graveyard. light and darkness dragon cannot be special summoned, so it's not that good in there (even if you tribute summon it by tributing the special summoned monsters)

use ultimate offering with it and that's a good combo don't listen to the other guys it may be about special sommoning cards from the grave but you can still tribute u can also use flute of summoning dragon good luck!!!

Not really. It's a good dragon don't get me wrong, but the Rise of Dragon Lords deck is designed to special summon high level to avoid the cost associated with tribute summoning. LADD can't be special summoned so he kind of contradicts the rest of the deck. But if you want to run it it's still a very powerful card it terms of ATK and effect.

Personally I would not run this card in a Dragon Lord deck, but it will not be bad if you do.
