  1. I doubt it very much. Bats are active at dusk because 1) that is when the insects are active and 2) it's safer for them. A bit of light isn't going to change their habits very much.

    Bats thrive even in the most harsh enviornments....

    Owls , moths , and other insects are the ones who truly dread this new killer...!!

  3. No.  I doubt that, but look into the moth population.  They eat a lot of those.  If that's down, the bat's population would follow.
