No soda is a safe soda. A good friend of mine died because her kidneys shut down. She drunk way to much soda!

there are some natural and organic sodas starting to show up in the stores, which actually can be very healthy.

Yeah, but it's not as bad as a dark soda so if you must drink soda drink lime or another light soda.
