  1. not at all unless you are injured, then you probably shouldn't be running at all.


  2. not really b/c its not that long, and if ur unfit, then u can jog

  3. It depends how healthy you are generally....and how much other additional excersize you perform.

    If you are overweight, you may be placing your body under increased stress (shin splints, heart, blood pressure etc).

    Go careful and stop if you feel uncomfortable, but 2-3K per day (even twice per day) for a healthy person is not an unreasonably high toll on the body.

  6. firstly 2-3 k is only middle distance running but even still it is very bad to run this much even professinal runners are only meant to run once a day

    and doctors general advice is to leave a day between sessions so your body can recover otherwise you can get a multitude of heath problems.

    if you want to do more running try upping the distance but only one run every two days ie i run 8k every second day
