And some people, by nature, find immense pleasure in being alone. Not coz, they're depressed. It's bcoz they're more independent and love listening to what their heart tells them to do. I love being alone

It really depends on your definition of loneliness but onet  sure thing is that you can really appreciate yourself more when you are alone.
