Absolutely not! To love is one of the greatest gifts Allah (SWT) has given us! Love can and always will be positive and pure-----if it's not then it's not love. There are many metaphors that people can use to describe love, but no human can ever descibe it as it should be!

I think love is initially pheromones then endorphins. It's no big thing when you think of it like that.
