Question:

Is low fat yogurt good for you? Or is it just not bad for you?

I know its a serving of dairy, but does it have nutrients in it? If I eat it as a snack when I otherwise wouldn't eat anything am I just wasting calories?

  3. Anything that is low fat or reduced fat just means it is pasteurized a whole lot more and over time eating foods that are processed, pasteurized or have hormones added to it eventually end up hurting you more than helping.  

  4. Yogurt is good for you has a lot of protein and calcium, watch out though some label it low fat and load it up with sugar, you want as little sugar as possible.

  6. Yogurt has some good dietary benefits.The thing it is best for is the antibodies.It is good for fighting germs and actually can kill germs in your mouth and help your breath.

  7. Yogurt is good for the health of your digestive system.  It also helps to keep away yeast infection.  (assuming you're having balanced diets)
