  2. Only if you think that you get a better result by increasing the number of nitwits.

  3. Yes it is a problem that points out the apathy of the voter---to let someone else run our government and then wants to  complain about what happens. Anyone that does not vote should keep his opinions to himself.-----just think 43% of the vote elected Bill Clinton and it may get worse if apathy abounds to the point of saying "my vote won't help"

  5. No. Half of the people voting now don't make an educated and informative vote.
