No. Luck is random events that have nothing to do with your input. It just happens, and it is usually bad. Hard work is living by design. Good things will happen to you if you make it happen. You do not "become lucky", you are merely reaping the rewards of your labors.

luck has got to do with the opportunities u get to prove urself. many people despite being capable, smart, ........ do not the desired opportunity

hard work is something u need to do always, not just to prove yourself but to continue doing ur deeds after you've proven your worth.

without hardwork u wont be good at anything and even if your lucky to get an opportunity you wont do justice to it
