Is mail delivered on victoria day?

if i live in vancouver bc, will the mail be comiong on victoria day (monday)

No.  Canada Post doesn't deliver mail on statutory holidays.

Mail delivery is Monday through Friday coast to coast in Canada

With the exception of Statutory holidays , then there is no mail delivery
