Is maille dijon mustard hot?

Sometimes i get this mustard ( http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/2/20/Maille_Dijon_Originale.jpg/378px-Maille_Dijon_Originale.jpg ). Sometimes it is spicy and sometimes it is not. I have search for a non spicy one but i cant find one. I am talking about the same bottle same brand. 2 out of 6 bottles i bought wasnt hot but the other ones were hot. Is it random or something?

No it is mellow in flavour. English mustard is the one that blows your ears off and clears your sinus'

I love it, it is more spicy like horseradish.
