  4. malt liquor is an american term to describe beer that is stronger than 4% alcohol. many beers in Ireland are stronger than 4% but they will not be labelled malt liquor. Your bacardi breeezers and smirinoff ice types are labelled malt beverage(they are not made with distilled spirits) I am not aware of any thing called sparks....
