Unless it is a name sake Absolutely NOT It's ridiculous and it's going to be really hard when he or she gores to school and has to deal with the ridicule. You won't have to be the one dealing with it . Put yourself in that persons life and see what you come up with for a rebuttal when they all start to poke fun at you,seriously think about it before you inflict this name upon someone for a LIFETIME !!!!
