  1. Possession of marijuana is illegal in Canada. If you are caught with a small amount however, it is likely that you won't be charged. However, remember, that if the policeman in charge is in a bad mood, he can bring you in. If you are charged (unlikely) then you will have a criminal record in Canada, and will not be able to return. That's it, that's all.

  2. Yes but in small amounts

  3. no it is not legal

  4. Its decriminalized up to 3 grams I believe, it used to be 28 grams but our stupid government changed that.

If the cop is in a bad mood then he'll charge you, generally 90% of the time they don't, some cops do it just to be d*cks or so I think.

Weed can't kill, its a plant, it grows, its not man made, so all of us do it anyway.

My dad got caught plenty of times before, even with plants growing and the cop just said throw them out and burn them, he did and the cop let him off.

Seriously though its not cocaine its nothing that'll do anything serious, some of it can make you pass out but if you use it properly(not smoking 20 joints a day) then I see it as absolutely fine.

Teenagers that are stoned all day I just see as having no direction in life and use it for the wrong reasons although getting high once in a while can be fun, but those teenagers are what makes it look so bad.

  5. Only medical marijuana for certain listed conditions.
