Is mario 64 ds worth it?

alright im planning on getting it for my lil sis for her b day but im not sure if its worth it cuz it seems like the original 64 one and i dont want to waste 30 dollars on a game that we already have except different feautures

so is it worth it if you already have mario 64 for the n64

Truthfully, the game for the DS is basically the same as the game for N64 with a couple newer features in the gameplay.  For example, instead of playing as Mario, you play as Yoshi the whole time, but you can find different hats of different players and they can transform you into Mario (and the gang).  I think the only thing that makes this game a bit more interesting is the multiplayer games.  They are pretty fun, but you need a buddy with the game too to come over.  Besides that it is basically the same.

Honestly when i bought it, IT SUCKED!

The intro was crappy too. I recommend NOT buying the game.
