  1. It is not legal, but it's pretty much decriminalized. If you are caught with a small amount, you usually get away with a small fine.

    If you are caught smoking a joint, police will just tell you to get rid of it.

  6. It's not legal but it is very tolerated. In Vancouver B.C., for example, they have a couple of marijuana cafes. It is not at all difficult to get what you are looking for their and the police look the other way.

  7. Only if you have a prescription for it. Some people with certain medical conditions actually have a permit.
