Is marriage affidavit enough for H4 visa?

I am in US and i dont have marriage certificate, now i am applying visa for my wife in india.We are having affidavit, joint bank account, joint property registered,my son's birth certificate. is there still i need to get marriage certificate.

If so what is the procedure for that.

certainly, you'll need a marriage certificate since your marriage to her is her primary eligibility for the visa. Is there any reason your wife can't get a marriage certificate back in India? She will be expected to show it at the visa interview.
