  1. not if she is a sheep its not

  2. Yes. See even law is against those folks who get married to their fiirst cousins and spread genetic diseases. Avoid / discourage it.

  3. That's gross! why would anyone want to do that??

    EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW!!

  4. Yes it is.

Ewwww - why would anybody want to do that anyhow?

But it's all about the genetics.

There are laws in place for family members not to get hitched to protect the children from being born with disabilities.

  5. I believe so, but if this is what you're wanting to do, I'd recommend moving to Tasmania.  It's quite acceptable there ;)

  6. I don't know about NZ but it isn't or wasn't in some Australian states.  I don't think it is against Anglican canon law either.

I had to read up on this for work a few years ago.  Turns out that marrying your first cousin is more genetically dangerous than marrying someone else altogether.  Maybe an extra 20% over the general population.

This is if only two of the parents are siblings and the other two are not related.  The risk is a lot greater if two siblings marry two siblings e.g. two brothers marry two sisters and produce double cousins which then marry.

By the time you get to cousin once removed or second cousin the extra risk of genetic defects gets smaller, like 10% or 5% extra risk.

  7. if it s not against the law, it should be
