Well there is Judo which is a martial art.  The schedule said 12 A.M. ET.  Could not find a television schedule for it.

Not yet but there is a martial arts tournaments held by the IOC during the games.  It is officially called Wushu Tournament Beijing 2008.

yes they have tae kwon do

and its already started

They have judo in this year's games.  A likely addition to the next one is karate.
