I know this question probably has been dealt with numerous times but is masturbation okay? Not only that, I've been struggling with whether not that when I do it is it adultery if the woman in the material I use is married.

Its not just OK...   Its vital to your proper health.  The US leads the world in sexsual dysfunction.  Mostly because circumsicion and religion.

There is no limit to how many times a day you do it. Evidence points to the more the better.  I would not be too concerned about people in magazines either.   The rule of thumb is all that is just marketing.

Sperm get old fast and need to be replaced.  The only thing bad about masturbation is the reputation it once had in society as being bad.  Its anything but that.  Everyone does it, and all the time.

You cannot stop... Your body will not allow this.

Old sperm is not good to keep around. It represents only half of you and the body will attack it when the helper cell which fools the immune system dies off.

Masturbation is not only o.k, its good for you. Among other things it helps prevent prostate cancer.

Don't bother to struggle, its fun, its good for you and it has no negative effects whatsoever.  Not doing it is actually unhealthy.  As for adultery -- no, its not adultery.  You think if the woman is married her husband doesn't know what she doing?  Think again.  Many p**n stars have partners, lovers, or spouses -- its a job, and it pays well.
