First of all...no it's not how we were born! You need two people for that.

And... I was the same way. I had been way into it for a while then thought about if God thought it was wrong. You know... the whole WWJD thing?

So I was thinking if I would do it around my parents or God or Jesus.... the answer is NO. So yes it is wrong.

Are you baptized? If you are you should pray that he strengthens you to not give in when you feel the urge. God created guys and girls to be together. Not to be by yourself.

And yes.. things other people said were true, but it still doesn't make it okay in the eyes of the lord.

this is one question many Christians have to deal with and the only thing that I suggest is to try not to

1. don't take long showers

2. don't watch porno

3. go to sleep as fast as you can to avoid "think about it"

4. avoid stay alone at home

5. put the computer in an open area--where most can see

6. if you fall into temptation you can resist but be aware that the enemy will try to make you fall

7. if you do m********e, ask, in prayer for help with this weakness, God does help you to be strong when we fall to our temptation. If you cannot overcome God will not abondone us but He will make us strong. we must confess our sins to God and He will forgive.    

8. if you do m********e, ask God for His forgiveness, but remember that He knows our heart and mind.

The example for this (as being wrong) comes from the Bible where a man had to conceive a child in his brother's memory with his sister-in-law but before he ejaculated he "pulled out" and spilled his seed(sperm) unto the ground; God did justice.

According to my RE teacher it all depends on which sect of christianity you follow, for example if your a liberal protestant (i believe), you can do very nearly whatever the d**n you want, within reason of course, as they edit the usual christian practises to match modern society, and seeing as whacking off has been proven to be beneficial your deliberately not helping yourself, which I'm quite sure is not something any god would want, unless hes a b*****d one who takes pleasure in watching young men die slightly every time they see an attractive woman.

dude do you think masterbation is wrong? the next time your at church look around 98% of the people around you have masterbated at one time or another. even the pastor in the front preachin to you. diffrent religins like catholics frown on birth control but i can gaurentee that most practice birthcontrol methods weather it is the pill or a condom that is wrong too. Dude if you look into your soul and feel it is wrong justify it to yourself. Why is it wrong. It sint hurting anyone dude as long as it isnt an obsession your okay and i am almoset positive your not going to h**l for it.
