  1. you'll often find its all pre-record EXCEPT, sometimes the introduction by Gary Lineker IS done live when there are late kick-offs or important news stories which occur close to the start time

  2. match of the day is a pre recorded show, and shown on bbc 1 on sat 10:20pm and sun 10:00pm

    it is NOT live

it is NOT recorded live then shown later

it IS a pre recorded show put together on the sat and sun using the highlights from the days matches, then shown later...

  3. I remember reading about this and seeing an interview with a producer of the show. The actual games are pre-recorded of course. Usually the intro and analysis are live, or a very short time delay incase of any breaking news (its happened before). Sometimes it is pre recorded if a live event is on BBC1 such as the snooker.

  4. i think its pre- recorded. probably 1 hour before it starts.

  5. It's probably not live, incase something bad happened like gary lineker and alan shearer started a fight :p or someone collappsed or some breaking news broke ! So its probably behind my only like 10 mins :)

  6. its definitely pre-recorded

the real matches started at 3pm

  7. It really would depend on what time the programme was going out and when the game was being played, wouldn't it? All you have to do is to compare the two times and there's your answer!
