Is matt orford manlys current day worst player?

has he done anything special at the sea eagles ,isnt he just a waste of money rearly dose he put in a perfect kick for touch or kick a goal from wide out regularly drops ball never an insperational player ,how could manly release monaghan and keep orford

I dont rate orford at all. I read on the Manly web site b4 the season that manly will be better off with out monaghan and he was just a waste of space and money. And all this other bull s**+.t about how c**p he was. I cuded beleive it, he was der best player. Letting go of Him and Burns is really gona cost them, hopefully the wooden spoon

oh yea and Jamie Lyon is the worst player in the NRL and the hooker is c**p aslo. so it looks like dey have a winning combination dis yr

he is over rated player.all players can sometimes have a bad day on the field.even joey have some bad days at the knights.

Being a supporter myself, Manly really haven't gotten over the bears and manly merger a few years back when all the players like Taylor broke their contracts with Manly and all signed up with Parramatta, Manly had to honour those contracts from the Bears....so financially the team has struggled since then. Yes Manly have always been big on halves the good old days with Cliffy Lions and Toovey two of the most under rated players of the game to date, and a great Full Back in Matthew Ridge!!! So those shoes are very hard to fill as it was them three players which took Manly to 4 premiereships in the early and mid 90's where they only won 1. 87and 96 grand finals were sweet victorys!!!

So don't be hard on Orford he'll find his place they've got a young side now and they can only improve from here Monaghan remember left for big dollars, only those who are loyal to the club actually win premiereships and it usually takes a side 3yrs to find their click, take a look at the Broncos, the Storm, Canterbury, Roosters finally won with Brad Fitler after 10yrs with him after he left the Panthers due to the death of one of his best mates and it took the Panthers years to get over that!!!

Successful sides have loyal players through and through!!!!

Lyons is the worst and most over rated.  At least Orford has a go even if things don't always come off.  They should have got rid of Lyon and kept Monaghan!

No, as a Manly fan I know he is not playing his best (as the team) but the worst player for Manly this year has been David Vaeiliki. He had his chance to cement a first grade spot but he blew it, and now Matai's back so enjoy NSW cup dave.

Orford is even more over-rated than Anasta.  A Burns-Monaghan combination is heaps better than Lyon-Orford.  He probably costs more than Burns and Monaghan combined.  A waste.

being a melbourne supporter.. put it this way.. when orford left and cronk stepped up to the plate.. we've been the team to beat... not saying that is all on orford.. but he plays a major role in how the team play the game... i personally dont like the guy.. him leaving storm was one of the best things to happen to us...

Manly are short on halves and they let Monaghan and Burns go in the same season. Jamie Lyon is c**p at five-eighth. I think Orford is a good player but he needs a really good hooker and five-eighth to look good. Not many players can do it all on their own.
