We need a little more information than his name and what I am assuming is the town you live in. Well, he could be, but if he is anything like my husband he may just not be someone who likes talking on the phone just to talk. He is quite straightforward when he has something to say so we don't spend a whole lot of time talking. Most guys don't like to talk for long periods of time.
