Let's assume he is so wealthy that he just doesn't know.  What's the problem.  I don't know how may shirts I own, how many pairs of socks are in my drawer or how much I have made so far this year.  Does that make me an elitist?  I don't think so.  I think it is a simple matter of being married to a wealthy woman, who has assets that are separate from his.  At the root of your problem is the belief that it is immoral to be rich.  That is firmly rooted in the worldview of the Democratic party.  There is nothing wrong with being wealthy as your 'question' subtly implies.
