Yes.  

One of the safest ways to dispose of bacterial / medical waste is to incinerate it.  The high temperatures destroy almost any organic contaminants.  There is some question as to whether or not they destroy prions, a source of BSE (mad cow disease).

Yes.  As far as I know that is one of the only safe ways to dispose of it.

No, actually we are sending it to Iran so they can weaponize it and give it back to us.
