  3. It is really beneficial. I started a year ago and have totally de-stressed and its common knowlege that stress really causes most illness and deseases. Can I recomend this book that got me started

  4. A few years ago, I was tired all the time. I did not want to get up from my bed, sleepy all the time. Used to sleep over ten hours. I did not enjoy the life due to tiredness.

    I heard about meditation and I started doing it, suddenly I felt change in my lifestyle even just after 2 -3 days. Slowly and slowly, I increased the time of meditation and now I do meditation regularly.

    I really really feel good, relaxed, less stressed. My health has improved a lot. I enjoy life now.

    I would say, meditation helps. Try it.

  6. I've been taught that with advanced meditation you'll stop caring about your health. You'll realise how little it matters... this is fairly haevy stuff and maybe not what you're looking for!

  7. If you seriously believe it's working, then there is a definite placebo effect that comes from thinking you are doing something medically beneficial, and so your body will cause you to feel better. The human body is awesome.
