Is mercruiser 120hp and mercruiser 140hp the same head

Can i put a merc 140hp head on an omc 120hp along with the manifold and all the other little happy stuff???

Yes, but the manifold will not correspondent with the exhaust pipe.

Yes you can use the cylinder head,and the manifold will work but the 1

from the merc is different from the omc.The problem will be hooking up the exhaust bellows.You will need to use the omc manifold if it is still in good shape.Good luck.
