  1. There's some disputes about the mexican water of the Rio Grande in Tamaluipas being shipped to the US under a legal pact that would span several years (it's about to expire though). The amount of water taken varies each year and last year apparently the water giving was quite a lot and it was a hard hit for mexican farmers. The source is from Reforma newspaper.

    I don't think there's disputes on the Guatemala border because the area isn't nearly as populated and there's tons of sources of fresh water.
