yes it does work, but its not a cure all miracle.  i had it done and it definately made my skin looker more evenly toned and you couldn't see my pores as much.  my skin looked a lot fresher.  it typically costs $80-$100, depending where you go.  make SURE you have someone who knows what they are doing or you can really damage your skin!
