If you like a touch of rain intermingled into your holiday spirit, then sure its a nice time to visit. I think personally what I like best about that time of the year in Goa are the empty beaches and roads. There is something to be said about rain washed greenery, angry seas and cloudy skies that can bring you far closer to Mother nature than any metro living...

depends what you want from your trip. You will most likely have hot weather and it will be a little humid, and will rain maybe for 10 mins, maybe for 5 hours, its very unpredictable, however the monsoon in India can be quite good as long as you are not expecting to sit in the sun all day
