Well, Dave's right, but I'll answer it only because Earth is a celestial body.

I do not think "middle earth" is real if you mean another inner world similar to our own existing inside our planet - No. Some things are hard to believe and truth is stranger than fiction sometimes, but that idea is pure science fiction. :)  - although it would be cool if it was true.

browsing the list of your previous questions leads me to the conclusion that you have some trouble discerning the difference between reality and fantasy.

so long as you don't jump out of an airplane without a parachute "I can cast Feather Fall on myself, don't worry, Mom!" I really don't see a problem with it.

if you need an outlet for your imagination, I highly suggest writing.  Write a short story about the most outrageous bit of NON-reality that you can come up with.

Middle Earth is a name for the world we live in, between the heavens above and h**l below.

Tolkien set his stories in Europe, but in an unspecified time in the past.
