  1. yes bc it gives u nutrionts and protien and helps give u string bones n if ur a girl n ur pregnant it makes the baby healthy just saying just in case ur a girl n u get pregnant

  2. It's very high in calcium which keeps your bones and teeth strong. It has a lot of vitamins, it's just very good for you, like water or tea.

  3. it is yes, but there are lots of other things that are better. and milk causes acne.

  4. Cow milk was designed to support a huge animal as it grew by 300%  Yes it is nutritious, just like avocados and nuts are, but its fattening, a little goes a long way.  We also poison the milk by using anti-biotics for rumminen bloat, hormones for growth and increased milk production, and herbicides and pesticides.  We also "fortify" or add extra nutrients to it.  Incidentally we wouldn't have to use so many anti-biotics if we would just stop feeding cattle corn.  Cows are grass eaters, not grain eaters, the corn makes them sick.  Its like feeding a two year old a diet of chocolate.

  5. yes it has calcium for our bones to make them strong also has some protein

  6. Pasteurized milk contains negligible absorbable nutrients, besides water and butter fat, and whatever vitamin fortifications are added. Some cows are also fed or injected with hormones to increase milk production, and those hormones also find their way into the milk.

Raw milk contains a full range of enzymes required for absorbing the nutrients in milk, but those are killed by pasteurization. So what was once one of the most nutritious foods available from Bessie the cow on the family farm, is now little more than another nutritional deception.
