i bought a x18 from them and they shipped it out in 2 weeks !!!!!! then it arrives all damage and they wont replace the broken parts then 1 month later it breaks down :(

dont buy from them!!!! i consider them a scam!!!!

I don't think it is a scam as far as them taking your money and not sending you a product. It's just that their product is cheap c**p that will break in no time and you probably won't be able to get parts to fix it easily. These are basically just toy bikes and quads that are throw aways once they break.
