Is mirapex used for leg cramps or charlie horses?

Mirapax is used for Restless leg syndrome or Parkinson's. But you know, if you are getting leg cramps and charlie horses you either need more fluids, more potassium or both in your diet. Make sure you are drinking enough fluids, and drink cold fluids, esp water. Also you need to get some extra potassium in you. So bananas, oranges (as well as orange juice), and yogurt all have high potassium levels. That may help cramps and charlie horses better than any pillls you might take. If you do get a leg cramp/charlie horse, be sure to flex your foot towards you (do not point, it'll make it worse), until it subsides. Hope that helps.
