Is mixing Zoloft and Melatonin okay?

im taking 2 pills of melatonin and 1/2 a pill of zoloft

is that okay to mix?

Melatonin is a hormone that has been proven to be so un-toxic that they have put people on 1000 times the normal dosage and had absolutely no side effects.  It's a natural chemical found in the body, not a drug, so you don't have to worry about drug interactions or side effects.

Yeah. Melatonin isn't dangerous at all. But keep in mind that it's only effective for about 20% of the population or so. The rest get pretty much no benefit from taking it.
