Is mobile Intel graphics card any good?

Model nos. would help, but I think the crucial thing is that Intel doesn't make graphics cards - they make chips that handle graphics, bolted onto the motherboard.  The memory they get is actually shared with the rest of the system, and the chips are lower powered than those you'd find on dedicated cards, and those have their own memory.

The advantage of IG is that allows for smaller, lighter, cheaper machines tyhat run cooler and longer on a recharge.  They're not that good for gaming, certainly not for modern gaming, but handle other tasks well.
