  1. I am an pro esthetician (facialist) I do skin care for a living! Listen to meeeee!

EVERYONE needs moisture. You can have oil on your skin and be totally dehydrated. And most people that have acne use products to dry out acne which make the rest of the face dryer as well.

Try clean and clear oil free moisturizer with spf 15.  Using spf will help you not scar. But the moisturizer is perfect for acne/oily. And its like 7 bucks.

Also, why would you put more oil on top of oil? Jojoba oil is NOT a good idea. You can moisturize with things like aloe if you want organic.

**NEVER wash your face 3 times a day! When you over dry the face because you THINK its helping it not be oily will only make it worse. The skin will over produce oil and you have more oil and more breakouts.

  2. If u r acne prone u should not use a moisturizer cuz when u sweat it kinda blocks tha sweat from ur pores n stays on ur face n u can feel it cloggin ur pores. But if u want 2 use a organic moiturizer use jojoba oil, its all natural n makes ur skin soft n not oily. Plus it cleans ur pores n reduces wrinkles. Jus use 2-3 drops of it b4 u go 2 bed.

  3. no moisturise with a sensitive moisturiser and drink loads of water, water is the secret to good skin

  4. That's not true, everyone needs to use moisturizer. Since you have acne you just need to opt for an oil-free one.

  5. NO! Don't not moisturize because I haven't for a while and your skin gets REALLY dry and stuff, It's annoying!

    Hope this helps!

  6. no, dont use it !

  7. In my own experience, this is very true for either one. You have pimples due to the excess oils in your skin, which is a normal condition for pretty much everyone your age.

You really want to try to eliminate that if possible; not all of it, just the excess. Your skin does need it, but not in the quantities a teenager's skin produces.

I used to wash my face with Ivory soap once, sometimes twice a day, and that worked like a charm. Ivory is just pure soap, nothing else. No perfume, no moisturizers, nothing...just soap. It works perfectly.

Extra little tip...when you wash your face, don't do the wash with warm, rinse with cold routine. The reason is that when you splash on that cold water, you're closing your pores too abruptly, and any dirt, or even soap that you've missed gets caught in there. Wash with warm, rinse with warm, and let your pores close naturally on their own. This will help lessen the chances of clogged pores, and breakouts to almost nil.

Additionally, Ivory is really inexpensive...only .99 a bar. You can't lose. At age 42, I still use it to this day, and it's great. I'm half Japanese, and we probably have some of the oiliest skin on the planet. Try it.

  8. Oil and moisture are completely different. Everyones skin needs moisturizer!

  9. hi,

they r right. never use moisture. use face wash regularly , wash ur face 3times a day. over a period of 2weeks u prob get resolved and try to take coconut water every day

  10. Yes, non oily mosturiser.

  11. The jojoba oil idea sounds like a good one... but before I read that I was going to suggest getting a gel or liquid based moisturizer. That way, you're not just adding more oils to your skin, but you're still giving it some moisture.

And, try putting it on just after you've washed your face, so your skin is at it's least oiliest.
