Is mom neglecting daughter to spite dad?

my boyfriend's kid is a bright eyed bushy tailed 5 year old and an all around smart, good girl. my boyfriend bought her these gently used cowboy boots that she adores, but the mom keeps sending her over in these winter boots that have holes in them and look like c**p. the little girl is embarrassed about the crappy shoes and my heart goes out to her. do you think the mom is hurting her daughter's confidence just to spite the father?

mom trying to get more stuf out of you or money out of you all the money you have an all the stuf mom can get out of you. you should buy the lil daughter the stuf she need an want but sending them home with you keep very thing there mom can not make you her (mom) thing to take home with her. dont  list what she say an the law can not make you give her the things you buy for her you just tell the law every time you buy the girl new clothes when she come over again the girl back in her rags again mom must be selling the daughter's new clothes an shoes for drugs for herself  so keep the new clothes an shoes at ur place she can wear the them when she come over an when she gos home she put the old clothes back on this way when she come over when you n her go out she have nice clothes an shoes on
