Hey I am half Italian half Croatian, I live in Croatia that is adjoin with Italy and I am constantly in Italy. Anyway morphone is restricted in every European country not only in Italy. = )

Only people who can get morphone are those who suffer from Cancer or similar illness and that means in very lately stage, when it is hard to control pain. Friend's father died from Cancer so that is how I know but why do you ask that? I hope that you are not addicted on something.
