  1. The most drinkable nonsalty water is in lake Biakal.  I've been there and it is fantastic.

  2. Yes, but....

    Since it's unaccessible, "drinkable" may not be the right word.  You can't access it there, and the way it moves is to flow into the ocean.  "Fresh" water would be better.
